Our Disability Case Managers are backed by a team of Nurses, Mental Health Professionals and Physicians to help control the cost of workers who suffer from Occupational and Non-occupational illness or injury through our early intervention-based Disability Management Program.
We use a streamlined approached with one dedicated Disability Case Manager per case. Our Case Managers are experts at assessing medical information and helping employees navigate the complexities of the health care system, adjudicating claims in a timely manner, reducing the time off, and quickly removing the return to work barriers. Our approach offers high-touch support and immediate and ongoing contact between a disabled employee and their one dedicated Case Manager.
