Payment Method:
All regularly scheduled training course fees must be paid in advance. An invoice will be submitted upon registration and payment should be submitted to our Calgary office at Suite 2000, 500 – 4th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2P 2V6 Canada. If wire transfer is preferred, please arrange with Shairoz Ali at +1 403 444-6712.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received at least 15 business days prior to class commencement for a full refund. Cancellations received 11 to 14 business days prior to class commencement will be assessed a service charge of 50% of the registration fee. Students who cancel registration 10 or less business days prior to class will be assessed the full price of the class as a service charge. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

CPE Credits
 

Many IDEAS training classes can help you meet your Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. WellPoint is a registered CPE sponsor with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). For a list of courses that are eligible for CPE credit, contact the training department.
