Charles V. Selby, Chairperson and Director
Mr. Selby is Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Pengrowth Energy Trust (TSX: PGF.A / PGR.B), one of North America's largest energy trusts. Mr. Selby is both a lawyer and a professional engineer, and operates an independent legal practice specializing in securities, oil & gas and international financial transactions.

P. Michael Maher, Director
Mr. Maher is the former Dean of the Haskayne School of Business (University of Calgary) and is currently active as a professor. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a PhD from Northwestern University. He has contributed to many public sector boards, including the Alberta Economic Development Authority, the Premiers Council on Science and Technology, and the Calgary Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Maher has served as a director of public and private companies, including Computalog Ltd. and Freehold Royalty Trust.

Wanda Dorosz, Director
Ms. Dorosz is a founder and the Chairman and CEO of Quorum Group of Companies, a North American-based funds manager with extensive experience in expansion-capital investing and real estate funds management which has managed over $350 million since 1987. From 1981 until 1987 Ms. Dorosz was a Partner at Dorosz Barristers & Solicitors, a Toronto based law firm specializing in issues related to technology companies. She is a director of numerous organizations including Quorum Group of Companies, Investors Group, York University Schulich Business School Advisory Board, and Top 40 Under 40 Board of Directors and the Residential Equities Board of Trustees.

Mickey S. Abougoush, Director
Mr. Abougoush is a professional engineer with more than 38 years of experience in the petroleum industry, in technical and executive positions. Since 1992, Mr. Abougoush has been the President of Teknica Overseas Ltd., an international consulting and software development company.

J. Benton Mayberry, Director
Mr. Mayberry has been Chief Executive Officer of Winston Sage Partners since 2002, a mergers and acquisitions consulting business that provides advice on the buy and sell side, growth strategies and interim management roles.

Randall J. Findlay, Director
Mr. Findlay was President of Provident Energy Trust from March 2001 until June 30, 2006. Prior thereto, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Founders Energy Ltd., from December 1999 to March 2001.
